GATE 2012 Online application form Registration Announced

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all-India examination administered and conducted in eight zones across the country by the GATE Committee comprising faculty from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and seven Indian.
GATE notification comes in the month of September in all leading news paper as well as on the official website of GATE participating institutions.
GATE exam is normally conducted in the month of Feb and student can expect the result in March.
The availability of admit card on zonal GATE websites will be posted on January 02, 2012 and lastly, the announcement of results will be released on March 15 2012.
In the Online papers (AE, AG, AR, GG, MN and TF), the question paper will consist of questions of multiple choice type and questions of numerical answer type. For multiple choice type questions, each question will have four choices for the answer. For numerical answer type questions, each question will have a number as the answer. The number of numerical answer type questions may vary between 5 and 10 in each question paper. The Offline examination will be conducted on 12th February, 2011.
No change in syllabus has been notified till now.
