Bajaj Auto launches 'Duke 200' at Rs 1.18 lakh
Bajaj is launching the KTM Duke 200 in India today and this is the first official entry for KTM in India. Our author Mahavir Kothari and special correspondents Aditya and Devinder are at the launch ceremony right now covering the event for us.
Bajaj plans to launch the KTM Duke 200 on 24th of this month. A liquid-cooled,fuel-injected engine with an engine displacement of 200cc will power the Duke 200. Regarding this, Mr. Rajiv Bajaj, MD of Bajaj Auto informed that the bike is already exported to Europe so in terms of production its already something that is in process. He said that Mr. Stefan Pierer, KTM President will come for the launch of the bike.
Bajaj Auto has decided to sell 'Duke' through all its 32 pro-biking showrooms, which has now been transformed into exclusive KTM outlets. Besides, there will be 40 service centres dedicated only for KTM bikes.
