How to Download Full Album From Facebook

Your friends might have uploaded photos to Facebook and you might want to download these albums. But manually saving photos one by one might not be feasible if the album has large number of photos. PhotoLive is a neat extension for Google Chrome which lets you download all the Facebook albums easily. You can download any album (even your friends album) if they are visible to your account. All you need is to open the album and you can see a download button on the top.

How to install the extension

Currently, PhotoLive supports Google Chrome versions 1.0+. To install the chrome extension follow the link below.

How to download Albums

Once you’ve installed the PhotoLive extension, you’ll notice that a download button will appear every time you view an album page that you have permissions to view. Click on the download link and you should be redirected to PhotoLive, where the download will begin. Once you download an Album you can remove the button from the page by clicking ‘hide button’ from the Album page. You can also choose how you want the PhotoLive buttons to be displayed on the album pages.

How to save the zip file

After clicking download, save the file to your Desktop or a folder of you choice. The file should be named PhotoLive.zip.

How to unzip

To unzip the file, you will need 7z or WinRar. If you are using 7z, right click on the file and unzip it.
