Actress Esha Deol is engaged

Bollywood seems to be making the most of this wedding season. After Riteish-Genelia and Rohit Dhawan-Jaanvi, the latest to join the bandwagon is actor Esha Deol.

"We are very happy today for Esha and Bharat. It is a

happy moment for all of us. Bharat is a very nice person. It is a private function," Hema, 63, told reporters here.

An ecstatic Esha, 29, said, "I am happy and I thank everyone for their blessings."

Hema Malini is very pleased with her daughter’s choice. When asked about what he likes most about her would be son-in-law, she said, “The fact that he loves my daughter! But, I also love his simplicity and his lack of inhibitions. He is unfazed about the fact that ours is a Bollywood family. The way he interacts with Dharamji, also speaks volumes about his down-to-earth nature.”

The wedding date is not yet fixed but Dharmendra and Hema Malini is looking for some auspicious date for their daughter’s wedding. About the wedding plans, Hema said, "It is a very happy occasion, so we will have to do it on a proper date, a good day. We shall announce it as soon as we zero down on any date". Esha Deol and Bharat Takhtani are dating for sometime and both are destined to take their relationship to the next level. Off late, the duo has been spotted in various events.
