Toshiba has officially confirmed its new Android Honeycomb tablet, the ultra slim AT200 Announced at the IFA show in Berlin the tablet is just 7.7mm deep, making it thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (8mm) and Apple iPad 2 (8.8mm) and includes a 10.1 inch 1280×800 LED backlit screen.

And not just content with form (which looks great, BTW), Toshiba made sure the specs on this wafer-thin Android device are nearly as impressive: a 10.1-inch, 1280×800 resolution screen, a dual-core 1.2 GHz TI OMAP4 CPU, 1GB RAM, and Honeycomb 3.2, along with up to 64GB of storage, dual cameras and 8 hours of battery life
Toshiba AT200 Tablet sports a 10.1 inch multi-touchscreen display with a resolution of 1,280 x 800 pixels and it features 5 megapixel camera at rear, 2 megapixel camera at front for video chat and can record HD videos at 720p Toshiba AT200 Tablet other specs inlcude 64GB of storage via a microSD card slot and it comes with a battery life of up to 8 hours.
The Excite or AT200 measures only 7.7mm at thickness and will features:
