Sony Mobile launches Xperia S at Rs 32,549

Sony Mobile Communications officially launched the Xperia S smartphone
here today. This launch marks the debut of the company’s flagship Xperia
NXT series of smartphones. The smartphones are Sony’s first launches since
Sony Corporation and Ericsson parted ways in February.

The flagship smartphone Xperia S has a 4.3-inch scratch resistant TFT
touchscreen, along with 12.1 mega pixel camera and 1.5GHz Qualcomm dual
core processor. The pricing of the other devices, Xperia P, Xperia U and
Xperia Sola, was however not disclosed.
